1.4 Any misuse, including sharing false, misleading, or offensive content, may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
2. Subscription & Payments
2.1 MiniWeb offers trial, free, and paid plans.
2.2 Users can cancel their subscription anytime. Once cancelled, the service will be stopped at the end of the billing cycle, and they will not be charged further.
2.3 MiniWeb does not automatically charge users for any plan renewal.
2.4 Refunds are applicable only under specific criteria, as determined by MiniWeb.
2.5 MiniWeb does not process third-party payments for users; users are responsible for integrating their payment gateways.
3. Data Privacy & Security
3.1 MiniWeb collects and stores user data as necessary for the Vcard service.
3.2 We do not use user data for personal purposes.
3.3 Users agree to share their data publicly when they share their Vcard or website link.
3.4 Users are responsible for the accuracy and security of the data they upload.
4. Liability & Disclaimers
4.1 MiniWeb is not liable for any loss, damage, or issues caused by the use of its services.
4.2 Users integrate third-party payment gateways at their own risk. MiniWeb is not responsible for any payment issues or disputes between users and their clients.
4.3 Users are solely responsible for any transactions, communications, or activities conducted through their Vcard.
4.4 MiniWeb only collects payments from clients for the services it provides and does not handle payments between users and third parties.
5. Account Termination & Violations
5.1 MiniWeb reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts found in violation of these terms.
5.2 Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Spamming
- Fraudulent activities
- Misleading information
- Any action causing harm or financial loss to another user
5.3 While we actively work to prevent misuse, we are not liable for losses suffered by end-users. Users are responsible for ensuring their security.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
6.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
6.2 Any disputes related to fraud or misuse will be handled under Indian jurisdiction.
6.3 All legal proceedings must be filed exclusively in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
